This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for our services. Service-Based Refund Policy: Because our services involve labor, time, and equipment, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Deposits (if required) are non-refundable once work has been scheduled, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Completed services are not eligible for refunds. Partially completed services may be eligible for a partial refund if work is stopped due to circumstances within our control. Cancellations made before work begins may be eligible for a refund, excluding any non-refundable deposits or costs already incurred. Cancellations due to unsafe weather or conditions will be rescheduled at no additional cost when possible. Unsatisfactory Work: If you believe the service provided was unsatisfactory, please contact us within 48 hours of job completion. We will review the concern and, when appropriate, make reasonable efforts to correct the issue. Refunds will not be issued for: Conditions disclosed or agreed upon prior to work Pre-existing property damage Natural outcomes related to tree health, weather, or environmental factors How Refunds Are Issued Approved refunds will be issued using the original payment method when possible and processed within a reasonable time frame.
